What is a Traffic Exchange?
A Traffic Exchange is a website where members will view other members' webpages. Then, it is hoped that they will eventualy pause the page, open it and sign-up or buy from it. Then, members will do the same for you and your pages.

Is TrafficBalloon.com a Paid to Surf Exchange?
TrafficBalloon.com is designed to be a Paid to Surf Exchange. However, TrafficBalloon.com is a new exchange and does not have enough "paid" members to activate the cash pay options. Traffic Exchanges receives their income from paid memberships. Once our paid membership grows enough to make cash payouts possible, then all cash options, including gaming modules will be activated. Then members can earn cash or credits. Admin looks forward to that day.

What can I advertise on TrafficBalloon.com?
Free and Paid members can advertise their own webpages, affiliate webpages, business opportunities, referral link urls, and most anything that is legal and does not break any of our rules.

Why was one of my sites suspended?
Sites are suspended when they break the rules and/or cause problems for our surfers. A site is suspended when it contains a popup that is not properly categorized. Sites are suspended when they stop the rotation and/or timer. Sites are suspended when adult material is advertized or links to an adult or pornographic site.

Why was one of my sites placed on hold?
Sites are placed on hold when it shows an error page such as: "Page Cannot Be Displayed," "Page Cannot Be Found," "Page does not exist," "This Account is Suspeded," "Script Error." Sites placed on hold will be re-tested in a few days and placed back into rotation when the site shows properly. When a site is placed on hold, credits are not used.

Do I get anything for reporting abusive sites?
Yes, as of September 9, 2007, any member who reports an ab usive site will receive 2,000 credits in the auto surf account, as long as the abusive site is really abusive when tested in several ways. The 2,000 credits will be added manually.
